Continuum Solutions was founded in 2014 with the primary goal to provide quality talent placement services to founders and leadership. Ensuring a white glove experience for their clients and candidates while serving as a consultative resource is cornerstone to founding partners, Allison Hardy and Carly Dugan. The pair combined their professional experience in Business Development and Recruiting with their shared personal desire to serve others to create a unique and personal recruiting experience.
Allison & Carly, along with their impressively talented team, understand what it takes to build a positive work culture and serve as experts in sourcing, vetting, and successfully placing qualified talent.
